How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Once your order has been placed and fulfilled depending on the service you have chosen:

Royal mail 2nd Class 2-3 Working Days

Royal Mail 1st Class 1 Working Day

DPD Next Working Day

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a email with a tracking number and courier company name linked to the number.

What if I'm not home to receive my order? 

Royal mail will leave a delivery card with details about your order.

DPD will send a email or sms text giving you delivery options e.g. deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place. If you do not inform DPD of a delivery option they leave your parcel in front of your door or return the next working day.
